Welcome to Yavo (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Yavo mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Description of Service

Yavo is a personal finance tracking application that allows users to:

• record expenses manually, by voice, or via receipt scanning
• analyze spending and generate statistics
• store financial records in a secure cloud environment

The App is provided for informational and personal budgeting purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.

2. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• all activities performed under your account

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription.
• Payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play.
• For purchases through the App Store, the Apple standard EULA applies.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
• Subscription management and cancellation must be done through your store account settings.
• We do not control store billing policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• misuse the App or attempt unauthorized access
• upload malicious, illegal, or fraudulent content
• reverse-engineer or exploit the service

5. Data Accuracy

Yavo attempts to extract and analyze receipt data using AI technologies. We do not guarantee accuracy of scanned or generated financial information. Users remain fully responsible for verifying their records.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided “as is”.
• We are not liable for financial losses, incorrect calculations, or service interruptions.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated
• fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App means acceptance of the updated Terms.
