▶ How to restore purchases?
On iOS: open the app, go to Settings or Subscription, and tap “Restore Purchases.” On Android: use the same option in app settings or reinstall and sign in with the same account. Subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID or Google account.
▶ How to cancel subscription?
Cancellation is done through your device, not in the app. On iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Yavo → Cancel. On Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → Yavo → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
▶ How to delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. You can also request account and data deletion by emailing info@yavo-app.com. We will process your request in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
▶ How accurate is receipt scanning?
Receipt scanning uses AI to read text and extract amounts, dates, and merchants. Accuracy is high for clear, legible receipts but may vary with image quality or unusual layouts. You can always edit or add expenses manually.
▶ How does voice input work?
Tap the microphone in the app and say your expense in plain language, e.g. “Coffee 5 euros” or “Lunch 12 dollars”. Yavo extracts the amount and optional category. You can add a note or edit the result before saving. Works best in a quiet environment with clear speech.
▶ Can I add expenses manually?
Yes. Tap the plus or “Add expense” button, then enter amount, category, date, and optional note. Manual entry is useful when voice or photo isn't convenient or when you want to correct details after scanning.
▶ Does Yavo support multiple currencies?
Yes. You can log expenses in any currency. The app can show totals in your main currency using exchange rates. Set your default currency in Settings.
▶ Is my expense data secure?
We treat your data as sensitive. Expenses are stored securely and linked to your account. We do not sell your personal or financial data. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
▶ What is included in the free version vs premium?
The free version lets you track expenses with voice and photo, view history, and use basic categories. Premium adds unlimited receipt scanning, export, detailed insights, and more. Check the in-app subscription screen for the current offer.
